DRICAST Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business hours of payment confirmation within business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed first thing the next business day.
New Zealand Delivery

Rural delivery applies to addresses classified as rural by NZ Post. If you're unsure whether your address is rural, check with NZ Post or contact us before ordering.
International Delivery

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. Your invoice will also come with this email.
Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at info@dricast.co.nz and we'll investigate promptly.
