3 Ways to obtain ACC Reimbursement of your DRICAST Covers

  • 1. Call ACC Claims Direct on 0800 101 996

    • Tell them our Supplier Code – VAP710 and your claim number. 
    • Explain your injury to establish the size to order.
    • They will place and pay for an order with us on your behalf. 
    • We will ship to your nominated address.

  • 2. Contact your Case Manager

    • For some injuries you will be allocated an ACC Case Manager.
    • Follow the same process as above directly with your Case Manager.

  • 3. Purchase and be re-imbursed

    • Purchase your Dricast Cover from our Website.
    • You will be emailed a Tax Invoice/Receipt within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
    • Make contact with ACC either via your case manager or directly (contact details above) for reimbursement by providing your Tax Invoice/Receipt.

Reminder - ACC will require your claim number whichever method is used when you contact them, so make sure to have it handy.
